Shareware Return Policy

Rodent Software titles are sold as shareware. This means you can download and try out the software for free and without risk. You can decide if you want to register (purchase) the software only after you determine if the software performs to your satisfaction.

Please note, however, that once we send you a registration code, there is no way we can unsend it. For that reason, our policy is to provide refunds only in cases where the software contains a specific problem or does not perform as we described, and we are unable to correct the issue. You'll notice that virtually all retail stores also have this same policy regarding returns of unsealed software. Of course, retail stores do not allow you to try out their software for free. So we believe shareware significantly reduces your risks when purchasing software.

Each program is available for download as shareware. We invite you to test drive these programs and see for yourself if they meet your particular needs.
